Psychedelics Today: Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, therapist burnout, & LSD for Anxiety

Steve and I had a great time joining the folks at Psychedelics Today for a discussion on our work with psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy at Novamind. We got to share how our experiences in the world of psychology & psychiatry led us to psychedelic medicine and how we’re working to educate and train future KAP therapists and clinicians because demand just continues to grow as ketamine becomes more mainstream. We also discuss some current projects we’re involved in, including clinical trials of LSD for anxiety and alcoholism, group ketamine sessions, the concept of combining ketamine with other therapeutic modalities (or substances), and ketamine therapy for frontline healthcare workers. Steve and I are really passionate about these topics, so we hope you enjoy!
