Psychedelic Therapy Frontiers: Fear, suffering, and the value of struggle

This week Steve and I take a look at fear. It’s natural for us to resist fear and other uncomfortable emotions. But rather than fighting against them, we should thank them for being there because these emotions are useful warning signals for us. What we resist persists. The only way out is through. Steve and I also discuss how to appropriately cope with fear and suffering and how to take inspired action in the presence of fear. The full episode is available on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, or right here :) Enjoy!
